On WEDNESDAY 21ST MARCH the House of Lords will vote on the Sexual Orientation Regulations. There will be a prayer vigil between 7pm and 9pm at the OLD PALACE YARD ouside Parliament. That is the square opposite the St Stephen’s entrance to the House of Lords.
