We are a group of British Seminarians dedicated to Holy Mother Church, the Magisterium and Pope Benedict, the Vicar of Christ. From the pictures on the web, it looks marvellous.
Has the sem said anything about the Motu Proprio? Are you being encouraged/permitted to go to it or learn it?
In the absence of any positive encouragement "qui tacet consentire" might, I fear, be a dangerous approach to adopt.
